For this post, I'll share another video on exercises you can do to get a figure like SNSD's.
There are no English subtitles for this video but allkpop has summarized the whole exercise routine with:
"The 10-minute exercise consists of four minutes of ‘shakes’, three minutes of strides, two minutes of side-kicks, and a minute of jumps."
“This workout is perfect for those busy working women who do not enjoy exercise,” said the trainers. “Using the pressure belt for 10 minutes can give you the results of 100 minutes of exercise. It effectively breaks up the fat in your arms and legs.”
